It seems that American adults don't know about the risk factors for high blood pressure exactly. Marissa(2011) reports in this article from the LA Times that about 76% of American people are considering wine as good  for the heart(par. 3). The problem is that most of them do not know moderate wine drinking that has recommended daily limits on wine(par.4). The American Heart Association recommends that limited drink no more than two drinks per day is moderate for human. Like wine, sodium comsumption should be limited for most people in 1,500 milligrams. Health experts said people who want to lower blood pressure have to cut back on sodium in daily diets.
